Big news! I’m looking for a new role.

For more than two decades I’ve served as a multi-disciplinary leader at the intersection of creativity, communication, spiritual formation, and organizational leadership. My work has spanned church plants, multi-site megachurch contexts, nonprofit environments, and creative companies—allowing me to lead teams, develop systems, and build cultures that bring clarity, beauty, and excellence to the presentation of the gospel.

Across 24 years of ministry, I have rebuilt worship and arts departments, led communications strategies, produced hundreds of campaigns and creative assets, pastored worship teams, and crafted gospel-centered liturgies for thousands of weekly attenders. I’ve preached, taught, counseled, and equipped leaders at all levels, helping churches move toward health, alignment, and mission clarity.

As a creative, I draw from a wide toolkit: brand development, visual design, video and audio production, UI/UX principles, and copywriting. I’ve designed thousands of digital and print pieces, produced interviews and short-form films, built websites, and managed multi-channel content strategies. My career has been shaped by experience in both corporate and ministry environments—including time at Chevron, Microsoft, and Lawrence Livermore National Labs.

As a worship leader and recording artist, I’ve led musical worship for 20+ years, released music with national radio play, and developed a worship toolkit used by churches across networks such as Acts 29 and SOMA. My leadership integrates pastoral care, musical excellence, theological depth, and team development—creating environments where creativity and discipleship naturally reinforce one another.

As a communicator and pastor, I’ve served on executive teams, trained emerging leaders, preached regularly, and shaped church-wide communication and creative strategies. I am at my best when helping organizations communicate clearly, build healthy teams, and embody a compelling and faithful presence in their community.

And as a technologist, I’ve integrated AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, ideation, and content creation—bringing innovation and efficiency to creative departments without compromising authenticity or theological integrity.

My calling is to bring clarity, beauty, and alignment wherever I serve—to help organizations tell their story well, cultivate strong teams, and ultimately strengthen the mission of the church.

Finally, here are a few samples of my music from the last few years.

I’d welcome the opportunity to bring my experience in creative direction, worship leadership, communication strategy, and pastoral formation to a team that values collaboration, gospel-centered ministry, and imaginative solutions. If you have a role you'd like to discuss, let me know!
